How to Apply for Glorious Vision University Postgraduate Admission

Visit the university website: (www.gvu.edu.ng)
Click on the “Postgraduate Admission” tab.
Follow the instructions to complete your application.
Pay the non-refundable application fee of #30,000.

You can also pick the application form at our Lagos or Ogwa campus.

At Glorious Vision University, there is no delay. You finish your programme in good time because we have zero tolerance for delaying students.

Admission Requirements:
To apply for a PhD programme, a candidate must have a Master’s Degree from a recognised university with a CGPA of 60% weighted average or at least 3.5 on a 5.0 point scale as the case may be.

Candidates with a CGPA of between 55% and 59.99% or between 3.00 and 3.49 point scale can only apply for Mphil/PhD, not direct PhD.

Candidates with less than 55% or 3.00 point scale are not qualified to apply for Mphil/PhD and PhD.
Such candidates are advised to go for another Master’s Programme.

To apply for a Master’s programme, a candidate must have a minimum of 2nd class lower.

Candidates with third class at first degree level, those with HND and those coming from other fields not related to their fields of interests, are to apply for Postgraduate Diploma in their programmes of interest.

The 2025/2026 academic session will commence from October 6th, 2025.
