University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) Resumption Date for 2025/2026 Academic Session.
We are pleased to inform all staff, students and members of the community that the Senate had at its 321st meeting held on Thursday 13th November, 2025 directed that the University resumes the 2025/2026 Academic Session on 15th January, 2026.
New students’ registration would commence on the same date while the registration of returning students will commence on Monday 26th January, 2026 and Lectures for all students will commence on 2nd February, 2026.
We wish all staff and students a successful 2025/2026 Academic Session.
