FUEZ Notice on Unauthorized Publication Of Official Information on Social Media.

The University Management has observed with concern the increasing trend of unauthorized publication and dissemination of official information, correspondences, and images related to the University, its offices, and staff on various social media platforms.

Management wishes to remind all staff and members of the University community that no information, document, correspondence, photograph, or content relating to any staff, office, management, or activity of the University should be published, posted, or shared on any social media platform without prior approval from the Directorate of Information and Protocol.

This measure is intended to protect the integrity, image, and confidentiality of the University and to ensure that only verified and authorized information is made public.

All departments, units, and staff members are hereby strictly advised to adhere to this directive. Any breach of this circular will be treated as a case of official misconduct and shall attract appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the University’s rules and regulations.
