The Management of Al-Qalam University, Katsina Cordially invites the General Public to her 2nd Combined Convocation Ceremony which is scheduled to commence from 23RD NOVEMBER – 25TH NOVEMBER, 2023 at Al-Qalam University, located at Tarawa Balewa Way, Dutsin-Ma Road, Katsina P.M.B 2137, Katsina.

This is to inform graduands of the second combined convocation, scheduled for 25th November, 2023, that payment of the N30,000 convocation charges for academic gown, certificate, certificate folder and order of proceedings is to be made through the University revenue account number 9201724202 with STANBIC IBTC.

Graduands are to present the receipt of payment before collection of academic gown, order of proceeding, certificate and certificate folder

The Vice-Chancellor congratulates all Graduands, their parents/guardians and well wishers as well as welcomes all guest of this memorable occasion. Full schedule of events for the 2nd Combined Convocation Ceremony has been provided on the attached photo, you are to get a copy for proper information.

MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CEREMONY ARE:

• Novelty Football Match between Alumni and Current Students Teams on 23rd November, 2023 at University Sport Complex.
• Finals of the Al-Qalam University Katsina Qur’anic Recitation Competition on Friday November 24, 2023 at 10:00am at Muhammadu Lawal Kaita Hall, Al-Qalam University Katsina.
• Pre-Convocation Lecture on Friday November 24, 2023 at 4:00p.m. to be delivered by Dr. Usman Muhammad Bugaje.
• Conferment of Degrees and prizes to deserving graduands on November 25, 2023 at the University Sports Complex.
• Conferment of Honorary Doctorate Degrees on His Highness, the Emir of Katsina Alh. (Dr.) Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, CFR, His Highness, the Emir of Kazaure, Alhaji (Dr.) Najib Hussaini Adamu, CON, Sani Zangon Daura, CON Danmasanin Daura, and Abdul Samad Rabiu, CFR, CON on Saturday November 25, 2023 at 10:00am at the University Sports Complex.
• Crowning of Best Student in Qur’anic Recitation on November 25, 2023 at 10:00am The Vice Chancellor congratulates all graduands, their parents/guardians and well-wishers as well as welcomes all our guests to this memorable occasion.
