Arthur Jarvis University (AJU), a prestigious institution in Cross River State, Nigeria, is set to hold its Maiden and Combined Convocation Ceremony on Saturday, April 8, 2023. The event will take place at the Arthur Jarvis University Campus, located at 10 Brigadier Dan Archibong Drive, Akwa Ikot Effanga, Akpabuyo, Cross River State, Nigeria. The ceremony will include the award of first degrees and prizes to deserving students who have excelled in their respective programs.

Chancellor, Sir Arthur Tarvis Archibong – KSJI

Sir Arthur Tarvis Archibong, the Chancellor of Arthur Jarvis University, will serve as the Chief Host for the event. As a prominent figure in the Nigerian academic community, Sir Archibong has played a significant role in shaping the vision and direction of AJU since its inception.

Chairman, Mr. Goddy Jedy-Agba OFR

The convocation ceremony will be held under the distinguished chairmanship of Mr. Goddy Jedy-Agba OFR, the Honorable Minister of State for Power, Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Special Guest of Honor, His Eminence Edidem Ekpo Okon Abasi Otu (V)

The Obong of Calabar, Natural Ruler, Treaty King, and Grand Patriarch of the Efik Kingdom, His Eminence Edidem Ekpo Okon Abasi Otu (V), will grace the occasion as the Special Guest of Honor. 

Guest Lecturer, Prof. Joe Duke

Prof. Joe Duke, the Dean of the Faculty of Management Science at the University of Calabar (UNICAL), will deliver a special guest lecture during the ceremony.
