Cross River State Schools Resumption Date: Are you among those who want to know when Schools in Cross River State will Resume? Then this page was created just for you.


The Cross River State Ministry of Education wishes to inform Pupils, Students, Parents, Guardians, and the General Public that resumption for the First Term 2025/2026 Academic Session begins on Monday, 15th September, 2025.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Education enjoins all Parents/Guardians to release their children/wards to schools as teaching/learning will commence immediately.
All teaching/non-teaching staff of Primary and Secondary Schools in the State are therefore directed to return to their duty posts unfailingly.
Please, all Public/Private Primary/Secondary Schools in the State must comply with this directive as contained in the Ministry’s 2025/2026 Academic Calendar earlier released.
Please be guided accordingly.
All teaching/non-teaching staff of primary and secondary schools are hereby advised to return to their duty posts immediately, as Quality Assurance officers have been directed to monitor academic activities in schools across the state.
