Jigawa State Schools Resumption Date has been announced. This is the resumption date after Christmas break.


The Jigawa State Ministry of Education Science and technology has called on the parents to ensure that their wards resume on Monday this week.
The statement was made by the Permanent Secretary of the ministry Alhaji Umar Sule Gwaram while briefing our reporter in his office.
Malam Umar Sule Gwaram said the state government has made all necessary arrangements to that effect especially on COVID-19 PROTOCOLS for the safety of the students in schools.
Added that, Boarding students are to resume on Sunday the 17th of this month while Day students are expected to be in their schools on Monday.
The statement further called on the heads of schools to ensure total compliance of COVID-19 PROTOCOLS in their respective schools as the ministry will send its monitoring team to ensure the compliance.
