This is to inform the public that the management of the Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo (RUGIPO) the names of candidates offered provisional admission into its various Full-time ND programmes for the 2024/2025 academic.

How to Check Rufus Giwa Poly Admission List

Candidates that applied for Rufus Giwa Polytechnic (RUGIPO) ND admission can now start to check their admission status online.

Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

1. Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
10. Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
11. Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
12. Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Check Admission Status on School Admission Portal.

Soon, the list will be made available on the RUGIPO Admission portal. When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status:

1. Go to Rufus Giwa Polytechnic admission status checking portal at http://rugipo.edu.ng/Default.aspx.
2. Locate the ‘Admission Status‘  column and supply your JAMB Registration Number/Application Number in the required column.
3. Finally, click on ‘Check Status’ to access your RUGIPO admission status.

Successfully admitted ND candidates are advised to ACCEPT or REJECT their admission offer on JAMB portal —  How to Reject/Accept Your Admission on JAMB CAPS.

Successfully admitted ND candidates are to proceed with the payment of Thirty Thousand Naira (30,000) as acceptance fee through the polytechnic payment platform in any part of the country on or before the date stated on their notice of offer of provisional admission slip.  If payment is not made within the stipulated period, admission will be withdrawn.
