Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) Registration and Clearance Requirements for New Students 2025/2026 . See them below

The Admissions Office of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education (TASFUED), Ijagun, has published the official guidelines and documentation required for the 2025/2026 admission registration and clearance exercise. Newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates are expected to present a comprehensive list of documents during the clearance process.
According to the university, candidates must provide their original Clearance Certificate duly signed and stamped by their Head of Department, along with their JAMB Admission Letter issued for TASFUED. Direct Entry applicants are also required to submit JAMB admission letters for qualifications such as OND, NCE, or HND used for securing admission.
Other mandatory documents include the 2025/2026 UTME/DE application biodata form, the application form receipt, JAMB result slip or DE acknowledgement slip, acceptance and school fee receipts, verified O’level results, and transition documents for JUPEB or Pre-Degree students where applicable.
The university noted that only Notification of Results obtained from 2022 onwards are acceptable for Direct Entry admissions, while certificates for higher qualifications obtained in 2021 or earlier must also be submitted by DE candidates.
Additional requirements include NCE/OND results and transcripts, evidence of change of name (if applicable), a medical fitness certificate from the TASFUED Clinic, birth certificate or age declaration, and a confirmed 2025 Ogun State Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate belonging to the parent or sponsor whose name appears on the student’s registration form. The school warns applicants not to use agents but to obtain the tax clearance directly from the Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu Tax Office.
Candidates must also present a reference letter from a civil servant of at least Grade Level 12, acceptance form, matriculation oath, secondary school testimonial, certificate of origin, and orientation certificate.
The institution urges all newly admitted students to ensure they possess every required document to avoid delays in their clearance and registration process.
