Schedule of Resumption for Returning Students

The Management of Augustine University wishes to inform all newly admitted 100 Level students that the schedule of resumption for the 2025/2026 Academic Session is as follows:

RESUMPTION NOTICE

Augustine University, Ilara-Epe, Lagos State officially resumes for the continuation of the First Semester (2025/2026 Academic Session)

Sunday, 4th January, 2026
All students are expected to be back on campus on the resumption date.

Lectures and official activities will commence on Monday, 5th January, 2026

Students are advised to plan accordingly and resume promptly.

We wish all Staff and Students safe travels back to campus.

🏠 Specific Places to Note on Campus and how to locate them

Hostels: The hostel buildings (Assumption Hall and Divine Mercy Hall) on our campus serve multiple functions.

Multipurpose Building: This building houses the University Cafeteria, Mini Chapel and business centers.

Administrative Building: This building houses the Offices of the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, Chief Security Officer, Director of Operations, Director of Works & Services, Director of ICT, ICT, Senate Chamber, and Public Relations.

Faculty Building: This building houses all faculties including the offices of University Librarian, Deans of Faculties, Dean of Student Affairs, Heads of Departments, Faculty Officers, lecturers’ offices, Lecture rooms, laboratories, University Library, and E-library.

Convocation Hall: This building houses the University Event hall, offices of lecturers, Offices of the Heads of Departments, Software Engineering laboratory, lecture rooms, Photo studio for Mass Communication Department, News room for Mass Communication Department, Television studio for Mass Communication Department, and radio studio for Mass Communication Department.

LATE RESUMPTION

The Senate had earlier approved that late coming after resumption should not be tolerated beyond one week. Thereafter, a sanction of payment of twenty- five thousand Naira (N25, 000) would apply for every week after the period of grace.
