University of Uyo, UNIUYO releases TRCN Batch B Examination Results 2025


The University of Uyo (UNIUYO), Faculty of Education, has announced the release of the results of the 2025 Batch B Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Pre-Qualifying Examination conducted on Thursday, September 4, 2025. The list of successful candidates has been posted on the Faculty of Education notice board.
Successful candidates are required to proceed with registration for induction, certification, and licensing. The payment schedule released by the faculty is as follows:
Candidates with a Master’s qualification under Category A are to pay ₦23,000 for induction/certification and ₦33,000 for licensing, bringing the total to ₦55,000.
Those with a Master’s qualification under Category B will pay ₦19,000 for induction/certification and ₦27,000 for licensing, totalling ₦46,000.
Candidates with a B.Sc (Ed) or PGDE qualification under Category C are to pay ₦16,000 for induction/certification and ₦21,000 for licensing, making a total of ₦37,000.
The payment is valid for three years.
All payments should be made to the Faculty of Education (TRCN) account at UNIUYO Microfinance Bank, account number 0140402395.
After payment, candidates are to collect registration forms from the Faculty Officer, complete them, and return them in a file jacket. They must attach copies of required credentials, two passport photographs with white background, and ensure that their name, phone number, examination number, and national identity number are written clearly on both the forms and the file jacket.
The deadline for registration is Friday, February 27, 2026, while the tentative date for induction is Thursday, March 19, 2026.
The notice also reminds candidates that the PQE result remains valid for only one year. After this period, candidates who have not completed the process will be required to re-register and re-take the examination. Only submitted application forms will be processed for induction and certification.
The announcement was issued by the Faculty Officer on behalf of the Dean, Faculty of Education, and dated November 3, 2025.
